Responsibilities:

• Maintain real-time phonemunication with in-home delivery driver teams, helping them stay on schedule, troubleshoot issues, and report delays or exceptions
• Speak with customers when delivery teams encounter issues, de-escalate concerns, and act as a bridge between customers and drivers in both English and Spanish
• Follow up on missing updates or mimunication, escalating issues to contractors, the Lead CSR, or Operations Manager as needed
• Support end-of-day check-ins by guiding driver teams upon return, ensuring proper trash and haul-away drop-off, and confirming check-in with staff

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to confidently speak and understand both
• Comfortable using the phone throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
• Strong, assertivemunicator who can remain calm and professional when working with drivers and customers
• Dependable and flexible with shift start times; basicputer skills including email, Excel, and GPS/dispatch tools

Pay Details:
