As a Customer Service Representative at Menehune Water Company, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Problem Resolution:
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Billing and Invoicing:
Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer service approach.
Quality Assurance:
Uphold our high standards of service quality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Prior customer service experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
