Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to support a respected local medical organization in Honolulu. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly, personable, and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service. They will consistently interact with customers with patience, courtesy, and respect.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review entrance guidelines and sign in members and visitors Direct members to servicing representative. Conduct themselves in a friendly, personable, and professional manner treating all customers with patience and respect. Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) Must have a professional demeanor Strong verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management abilities Quick learner with strong retention and initiative

Honolulu, HI Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour
Duration:
Through 01/30/2027 (possibility of extension)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Parking:
First-come, first-served in building; street parking available
