This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinates truck maintenance and repair services from start to finish. Responsibilities Prepare repair orders and estimates. Recommend maintenance and repair services. Coordinate repairs with technicians. Process manufacturer warranty claims. Order parts for service repairs. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process. Collect customer payments and maintain service records. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Two (2) years of customer service or related experience preferred. Experience in service writing, automotive, truck service, fleet maintenance, or dealership operations is a plus. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license required.
