Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Location Iwilei, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $20 an hour Responsibilities Handle high-volume incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Assist intake specialists in managing client inquiries and requests. Transition into performing intake specialist duties. Provide information and guidance on housing resources to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Qualifications Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and personalities. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others. Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous phone-based customer service experience is preferred.
