McKenna has been in the business of meeting the needs of professional photographers nationwide for over 50 years. We are currently hiring for a part-time Customer Relations Representative. This person will be part of a team that provides assistance to our photography clients via phone call, in person, online chat, and email. The position is a part-time role, with a fairly standard 5.5 hour daily schedule (first shift). Precise start and end time of shift will be determined in consultation with our Customer Service Manager. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to relate to a variety of different people and personality styles in a warm and professional manner via phone, email, online chat and in person
• Ability to multi-task effectively during fast paced seasons
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of computer and Windows platform functions along with strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
• Education or experience in digital photography a plus
• Education or experience in customer relations or sales a plus McKenna provides a full line of products to professional photographers across the United States and Canada.
