This is a high-volume call center role where you will speak with consumers about outstanding balances and work toward payment solutions. In this position you will:

Make primarily outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accounts Handle inbound calls that result from previous outreach Average up to 200 calls per day Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines Discuss payment options or account resolutions Navigate multiple computer systems during calls You will often speak with individuals who may be frustrated or upset about their accounts , so maintaining professionalism and confidence is key. Training & Support All new hires complete a 3-week paid training program designed to prepare you for success.

Training includes:

Classroom instruction Compliance and script training Call shadowing and listening Guided call practice By week three you will begin making calls with support before transitioning to the production floor.
