Job Summary:

We're looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our outbound customer service team. Requirements:

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with current and prospective customers. Use provided scripts as a guide while tailoring each conversation to customer needs. Support customers with service reminders, maintenance updates, and tailored solutions. Build genuine connections while delivering a positive customer experience. Document interactions with accuracy and efficiency. Jump in with flexibility to support additional projects as needed.

Education and Experience:
