In this role, you will be responsible for managing clothing items that require cleaning, accurately describing and inputting clothing details into our POS system, organizing clothing for customer pickup, and maintaining organized paperwork related to business accounts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential. Responsibilities Handle clothing items that need to be cleaned, ensuring proper processing and care. Input detailed descriptions of clothing items into the POS system to facilitate efficient tracking and customer orders. Alphabetize customer orders by last name that are ready for pickup, maintaining an organized and accessible display. Organize and manage paperwork related to business accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers regarding their clothing orders and account inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of customer service. Experience Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail in data entry and inventory management. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
