Job Description
Home Selection Specialist JC Huffman | Monday-Thursday | 8:30 AM-4:00 PM JC Huffman is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Home Selection Specialist. This is not your typical front-desk position. You'll be the first person customers meet when they call or visit JC Huffman, while also helping them select products for their homes—from cabinetry and flooring to paint colors and finishes. What You'll Do Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls Assist customers with product selections for their homes Help customers choose cabinetry, flooring, paint, and other interior finishes Mix and tint paint Learn our products and help customers understand their options Prepare and organize customer information and paperwork Assist with general office and administrative duties Help keep the showroom organized, professional, and welcoming Work with customers throughout the selection and purchasing process What We're Looking For You do not need to be an interior designer . We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with people Has a good eye for color, style, and home interiors Is comfortable learning about different products Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks Communicates professionally in person and over the phone Is comfortable using a computer Is dependable and able to work independently Is willing to learn QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required. Experience with cabinetry, flooring, paint, home improvement, retail sales, customer service, or interior design is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM No Fridays and no weekends.
