Service Experience Specialist Onsite-Fairfield, IA
TECHNICAL
Customer Service Onsite Face-to-Face Phone Call Center De-escalate Financial Services
DESCRIPTION
The Service Experience Specialist will handle inbound calls to verify client information for security purposes. The position works 100% onsite and is customer facing over phone, email, and/or in-person. The Service Experience Specialist should maintain qualities that include: patience, de-escalation, and professional assertiveness. DUTIES Support financial clients by providing services related to physical paperwork, digital paperwork, account information, mailing and distributions. Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures. Use computers and navigate applications with minimal guidance. Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work. Adapt and adhere to updating policies and core values. Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes. Organize document coordination utilizing departmental database software. Scan documents, and submit items via web capture. Be assertive, if necessary while leading interactions with kindness and empathy. Use script and walk clients through security questions in order to verify identifies. Work under pressure, while maintaining composure and professionalism.
ADDITIONAL
Customer service, call center, credit union/banking experience is nice to have Computer literacy, typing, CRM Ability to self-motivate and work independently Basic and typing skills - 40-50 wpm Strong grammar and sentence structure through email Computer technology graduates welcome to apply

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
