Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Iowa RN license Current BCLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Previous experience in a med-surg setting preferred but not required Commitment to completion of facility and health requirements prior to start (including immunizations, physical, drug screen, and background checks) Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) Guide patient/family teaching and oversee ancillary staff to ensure care standards Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional nursing standards
