Service Writer

We're looking for a Service Writer with mechanical know-how to join our team. If you understand equipment and enjoy helping customers, this role connects you with both — handling repair orders, quotes, and communication between customers, technicians, and the service team. What You'll Do Greet customers and manage service requests Write and review repair orders for accuracy Provide reliable parts and labor quotes Keep customers updated on job status Support technicians and Service Manager during busy seasons Ensure shop safety and efficiency What You Bring Mechanical experience or strong equipment knowledge Previous service writer or dealership experience (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-focused attitude Valid Driver's License Why Work With Us?
