8am-5pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading supplier of process equipment in Harlan, Iowa. This is an associate-to-hire opportunity, with a great benefits package offered once hired on! If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating orders, and supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, shipments, delivery status, complaints, and warranty requests
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the system
• Review customer files and previous orders to validate new order details
• Verify order specifications to meet manufacturing requirements
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for returns, credits, or warranty items
• Assist with initial warranty review and coordinate with engineering for product analysis
• Support outside sales representatives with order entry and customer requests within assigned territories
• Collect customer specifications and pricing details to prepare accurate quotations
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers and coordinate freight quotes

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, or administrative roles required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and customer information
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable collaborating with customers, internal teams, and sales representatives waterloo@qpsemployment.
