Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Jet Company's customer service representative is the primary contact for our customers and handles the majority of their requests.

Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for customers, speaking with them in person and over the phone. Handle customer requests including parts orders and answering questions. Generate part orders in the software. Generate Shipping labels for parts. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of office related computer software (ERP, Spreadsheets, Word Processing)

Education and Experience:

Education in Business, or related field and/or experience equivalency.
