Overview Join our front end team at Milo Locker Meats and become the friendly face that customers rely on! This position is Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Seasonal rotating Saturdays as needed during deer season (October through January). This position assists customers with the orders and maintains the retail area. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Invoice customer orders for pick up Assist farmers with scheduling and customer lists. Assist hunters with ordering Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting Maintain retail area Qualifications Prior retail sales experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations Strong communication skills with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette and customer engagement Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
