Service Advisor Requirements:

2-4+ Years of Automotive Service Advisor/Writer or Automotive Customer Service experience required Experience writing repair orders/quotes required Able to communicate with customers required Knowledge of tires, brakes, suspension, diagnostics, maintenance and auto repair preferred Ability to write routine reports and correspondence required

Position Offers:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Top Benefits Plenty of OT PTO 401k &

More Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Managing front-end operations in an automotive repair and tire shop Responsibilities include helping customers, writing repair orders, scheduling appointments, communicating with technicians, recommending repairs and maintenance, providing estimates, updating customers on vehicle status, and supporting daily shop operations Work may involve general automotive repair, tires, brakes, suspension, diagnostics, alignments, transmission service, and HVAC repair on domestic and import cars, SUVs, vans, and light-duty trucks Most vehicles serviced are everyday consumer vehicles that are typically 5+ years old Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner Resolve customer complaints and questions Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
