Description All Valley Pet Clinic at Emerald is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! Put your knowledge and compassion into practice! We are looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our community-based practice. CSR's provide the first and the last impression during our clients visits. CSR's play a vital role in our team by providing clear communication to our clients as well as our veterinary staff.
The ideal candidate:
Exceptional customer service skills 6 months of customer service experience preferred Ability to clearly communicate with team as well as with clients Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently Ab ility to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy Ab ility to multitask in a fast paced environment Ab ility to maintain compassion, sympathy and professionalismJob Responsibilities:
Maintain professional, friendly and informative customer service Communicate with clients in person, over the phone as well as via email . Maintain medical records both in the computer management software and in physical charts. Schedule and confirm all appointments and surgeries . Accurately process charges for services and products Fill food and prescription orders Answer questions regarding services, products and general animal husbandry ( i.e. Heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, specialty diets etc.)Benefits:
