Client Service Coordinator (Full-Time) We are growing and seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator to join our team. Our office specializes in medical group insurance benefits, Medicare planning, and individual health insurance plans. We are committed to delivering a high level of service, accuracy, and professionalism to both individual and group clients.Position Overview:
The Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our clients and advisors by managing day-to-day service needs, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the ongoing administration of individual health insurance plans, group benefits and Medicare plans. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and in-office client traffic in a professional and welcoming manner Complete and maintain new and updated client intake forms Accurately input and manage client data within CRM systems Utilize AI software for appointment documentation and note-taking Assist with individual health insurance and group medical insurance service needs, including client and employer support Support Medicare client servicing, including plan-related inquiries and documentation Coordinate and process renewals, including preparation and organization of all renewal documentation Assist with client retention efforts, including newsletters and ongoing client outreach Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and accuracy in all client recordsQualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Prior experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or Medicare strongly preferred (but not required) Experience with CRM systems or office administration is a plusWhat We Offer:
