The Division of Youth Safety & Permanency is recruiting for a Client Services Technician (CST). Do you have personal or professional experience within or in support of programs serving youth and families and/or the child welfare team? This position is perfect for individuals who want to be a part of a team that is protecting the safety and welfare of Idaho's children. Client Services Technicians supervise court-ordered visitations between children in the Department's care and the parents/guardians to ensure safe conditions are maintained. CST's transport children to and from visits and appointments, in addition to other important coordinated activities. CST's must be able to lift and carry items weighing approximately 50 pounds, and to perform physical work such as lifting and carrying children, car seats, and boxes. This position is located in the Caldwell Field Office. The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace.?Any applicant offered employment in this position at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test. In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is dependent upon satisfactory results of the investigation.
