We are currently seeking to fulfill a part-time position with possibility to transition to full time in the future. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. Some customer service experience preferred. Property and Casualty Insurance license is not required to start but will be required within the first 90 days. Licensing costs can be reimbursed for candidates that complete process within the first 30 days. Great entry level position with future career growth options.
