Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear solutions to enhance their experience. Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems using Microsoft Office tools and computer skills. Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements. Uphold high standards of professionalism and positivity in all interactions, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual and bilingual customers. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus! Bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to serve a broader client base effectively. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, outbound calling, and call center procedures is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
