Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns Manage incoming phone calls and emails, consistently meeting or exceeding response time goals Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer loyalty Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences, resulting in increased sales revenue Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established guidelines Perform quality checks on products before packaging, ensuring that only defect free items were shipped to the customer Manage returns process by inspecting returned items, determining their condition, and updating inventory Resolve customer inquiries regarding returns or exchanges in a professional and timely manner Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Familiarity with Google Workspace applications, Gmail, and Freshdesk Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a professional setting Join us to make a meaningful difference in our customers' experiences!
