Role and Responsibilities Candidate must be able to independently oversee and grow a large book of personal lines business Position is fast paced and requires a great degree of attention to detail, ability to prioritize, independently manage expectations and meet client deadlines Applicant must actively manage and maintain open activities, inbound calls and emails Responsible for current and potential clients quoting, endorsement processing, answering coverage questions, conducting coverage reviews, filing claims, and managing policy renewals Capable of analyzing potential and current client insurance needs, interpreting and evaluating policy coverage, recommending suitable solutions and products The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, or in-person client meetings The individual needs maintain positive relationships with a small team, in an office setting This position requires a property casualty license - selling and cross selling. Ability to work with and build relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma Required College Degree Preferred Customer Service Experience (In person, email, phone) Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must pass a background check, including reference checks Property Casualty License Preferred Skills Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CISR, CISR-Elite) Applied Systems, IBQ, EPIC, AMS360 Exceptional Customer Service Skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Analytical Skills Highly Motivated Excellent time-management skills In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Additional Notes Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
