Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and in-person interactions. Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks. Promote additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing incoming calls professionally. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is essential. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Basic sales skills to promote services effectively. Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
