Professional Beertender & Customer Service Person

Pay:

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through our beer selection, offering recommendations based on their preferences and current offerings Pour, serve, and handle a variety of craft beers and beverages with precision and care, adhering to food safety and handling standards Operate POS systems such as Square efficiently for orders, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills during busy service periods Upsell products by engaging customers in sales conversations to enhance their experience and increase revenue Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking sales data using retail math principles Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems including Square; strong cash handling skills Knowledge of brewing processes, craft beer varieties, and beverage preparation techniques Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting such as nightclubs or banquet events Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory calculations Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus; knowledge of food safety protocols is essential Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours in hospitality or food industry settings Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier customer service while sharing your love for brewing!
