Job Description
Looking for a new challenge? Interested in honing your customer service skills? Do you excel in fast paced team environments? Hill Rental Properties is an owner managed rental agency in Moscow, ID with a solid reputation of honesty and integrity. Hill Rental is currently looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual to join our team full time as a Leasing Agent and Office Admin. Job Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and assisting customer walk ins Leasing apartments and apartment inspections Entering rent payments and work order requests Daily office upkeep and cleaning Assist with daily tasks and projects Daily property inspections Preparing apartments for move in including touch up cleaning Accurate and thorough record keeping Lease compliance inspections and notices Experience in the following areas is preferred but not required: Previous experience in a professional office setting Handling confidential documents Fair housing laws Customer service Property management Microsoft office products Business communication
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some higher education in business communication is preferred. Must have valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a employment background screening which includes credit and criminal history. This position does require some lifting and carrying of up to 40 lbs and the ability to climb stairs. Please include a cover letter and a current resume to apply.
