Responsibilities include:
Using computer system Supporting outside sales staff Taking inbound calls from customers Processing orders Entering quotes Researching invoice problems Communicating with various departments within the company Working as a team to give great customer service Requirements Excellent computer skills Strong in Excel Great personality Professional, energetic voice Experience doing customer service for distributor or trade company preferred- plumbing, electrical, construction, etc Excellent career opportunity Starting salary $22.00
