Key Responsibilities Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients and internal team members Respond to client inquiries, process updates, and assist with policy documentation for farm and crop insurance Support producers with client communication and account servicing Maintain accurate client records and task follow-ups in our management system Stay informed on industry trends and carrier guidelines Identify opportunities to improve coverage or streamline service What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to work well in a team environment Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A professional, client-focused approach Bonus if you have: Prior customer service or administrative experience A current Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
