Full Job Description Hourly Pay Range:
$19.31
  • $28.00
  • The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Northwest Community Hospital Full Time/Part Time:
Full Time Hours:
Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays What you will do: Perform client account registrations and order processing Answer incoming patient, physician and client calls Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams Performs registrations, and enters lab orders What you will need:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
Certification:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, strong customer service skills.
