Job Description

Overview e3 Diagnostics is the leading provider of audiology equipment sales and service solutions in the United States. With over 30 offices strategically located nationwide and staffed with teams of highly experienced hearing and balance instrument experts, we bring a local expertise that is unmatched by any others in the field of audiological instrumentation. We are seeking a part-time, temporary Supplies Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Arlington Heights! The Supplies Customer Service Rep provides exceptional support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills. This role also involves managing supply sales through multiple channels, including website orders, phone, and email orders, as well as handling everyday order processing to support seamless customer transactions.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This position will yield approximately 20 hours a week.
Compensation:
$27.00/hr Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with the Sales Operations Teams. Responsible for assisting with quotations as required. Manage and facilitate supply sales through website orders, phone, and email orders. Handle and monitor daily supply orders to guarantee prompt delivery, ensuring any back orders are communicated with the warehouse for accurate supply availability Act as a liaison with stakeholders regarding orders, delivery schedules, and additional requests to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction, including addressing order issues such as shortages or damaged items. Educate customers on available supply purchasing options, including website orders, phone, and email orders. Proactively recommend essential supplies based on customer needs and service history. Maintain accurate and complete customer files within the database. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal and customer service skills Outstanding Sales and customer service skills Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Understanding of audiometers or medical devices is helpful
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Administration certification or 1-3 years customer service/client service experience in lieu of certification
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
