We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our core operations team. The Role The Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist is the engine of our daily operations. You won't just be entering data; you will be managing the lifecycle of an order—from initial entry and inventory purchasing to final invoicing and documentation. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys owning their workflow and ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed.

Key Responsibilities Order Management:

Accurate entry and processing of customer orders through to final invoicing.

Inventory & Purchasing:

Monitoring stock levels and initiating purchases to ensure seamless fulfillment.

Documentation:

Managing critical product documentation and regulatory paperwork.

Communication:

Acting as a primary point of contact for vendors and principals via email (Outlook) and phone.

Problem Solving:

Working independently to resolve shipping or order discrepancies as they arise.
