About Us Randal Retail Group, established in 1981, is a third-generation family-owned business operated out of Batavia, IL. Randal manufacturers and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables - nationally and internationally. Randal Retail works with a number of retail, foodservice, health & fitness and franchise operations. About the role Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs. Core Responsibilities Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion Answer customer questions and solve problems regarding orders Write up and process orders in MRP system Organize multiple customer requests simultaneously Work with purchasing to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained Work with manufacturing to ensure quality and timely delivery of products Obtain freight quotes Additional admin support as needed Benefits Health insurance Company matched IRA plan Up to 4 weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Summer hours Company sponsored group outings

Requirements:

Qualifications 3 years customer service in manufacturing industry required Bachelor degree preferred Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, excel specifically Prior MRP experience a plus Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred Highly organized with multi-taskings skills is required
