Position Overview:

As a MailPro Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of mail and packages for our clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting customers with their inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of MailPro. There 1 position available: 1 Full-Time employee.

Responsibilities:

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients Maintain accurate records of all mail transactions Operate store equipment including large scale printer, laminator, etc. Assist with inventory management of shipping supplies and materials Maintain a clean and organized workspace Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Previous experience working in a mailroom/shipping and receiving or customer service is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Ability to life packages up to 50lbs Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience using a large-scale printer is a plus
