Job Description

Schedule:
8:30AM -5:00PM Call Center Representative responsibilities: Verify loan information accurately and efficiently with customers over the phone. Input and manage data into our software system with a high level of accuracy. Handle collections calls with professionalism and empathy, aiming to resolve outstanding balances effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Call Center Representative requirements:
Must have previous office experience Ability to comfortably sit at a phone and computer workstation for 8 hours. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills. High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
