Collections Call Center Agent :
Contact defaulted customers about delinquent loan status through voicemail, email, and text Handle incoming calls from customers wishing to make payments Process payments and establish payment plans Document data entries of customer interactions Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for
Collections Call Center Agent :
