Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include verifying loan information, accurately managing data, handling collections calls with empathy, and providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and concerns.
Schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to
Friday Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Verify loan information accurately and efficiently over the phone. Input and manage data into our software system with high accuracy. Handle collections calls professionally and with empathy, striving for effective resolution. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
Previous office experience required Ability to work comfortably at a phone and computer workstation for 8 hours. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills. High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
