Job Description
Overview Tower Car Wash is looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, and customer focused to join our team. This position is primarily focused on greeting customers, explaining wash packages, and selling monthly memberships while providing excellent customer service Responsibilities Greet customers with positive attitude explain each wash package and membership options Meet and exceed membership sales goals answer customer questions Maintain cleanliness of the property loading customers into the wash correctly, ensuring safe and sound experience car wash product knowledge, being able to identify equipment Qualifications Communication Teamwork Customer service Organization Digital technology Time management Physical demands Ability to lift 40+ pounds loud work environment ability to stand for 6+ hours while being in motion most of the day Speaking & listening Work environment This is an outdoor job all year long, must be able to endure the elements of different seasons.
