We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to build a long-term career. Automotive experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with customer service, sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience who are willing to learn. If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy being part of a team, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a positive service experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Explain recommended maintenance and repair options in a clear, honest manner. Schedule appointments and manage repair orders. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service department. Deliver excellent customer service from check-in to vehicle pickup. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive industries is preferred.
