$19.00/hour Our client, the headquarters of a popular Chicago food brand, are looking for Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to add to their team!

Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with placing online orders, troubleshoot order issues, delivery concerns, and general questions assisting though client's website. Track FedEx shipments to ensure packages arrive perfectly nationwide. Answer product questions, provide order updates, and help customers place their orders. Resolve issues quickly with empathy and professionalism. Keep detailed and accurate information, including notes on customer interactions.

Seasonal Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of customer service or related experience (e-commerce experience a plus). Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment. Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and internet research). Must have the ability to work independently after training. Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
