Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and interact with a diverse customer base. This is an hourly pay plus tips! Day shift from 11am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and providing change
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in electronics, technology, appliance sales is a plus
