At Knoll Animal Hospital, exceptional care starts at the front desk. We're a small, independently owned, Fear Free Certified Practice that values kindness, teamwork, and long-term relationships with both our clients and our team. We're seeking a bubbly, warm, and outgoing Client Service Representative who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positive energy to every interaction. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with clients, enjoys being part of the community through events like Santa Paws and summer pet tent days, and understands that veterinary front desk work is its own unique, fast-paced environment . The right candidate is adaptable, compassionate under pressure, and comfortable multitasking while keeping a calm, friendly presence. As a CSR, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital, supporting clients through scheduling, phone communication, check-in and check-out, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk. We value long-term team members and support professional growth after mastering the core CSR role, with opportunities over time to develop additional interests such as leadership, training, client experience, marketing, administrative, or HR-related responsibilities. Previous veterinary CSR experience is preferred, Cornerstone experience is a plus, and compensation starts at $15-$19 per hour based on experience.
