Job Description

Entry Level Inbound Customer Support and Sales - WFH (Must live in IL) $17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1,000 Must live in Illinois or Utah PrincePerelson is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join a growing company that operates multiple consumer lending brands in the financial technology industry, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, engaging potential customers to support their loan applications.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of products and services Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements:
Experience in a call center setting is preferred Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and quota-driven performance environments Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices Desire to grow in a sales-based role Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
