Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Chittick Family Eye Care Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and making a difference in people's lives? Chittick Family Eye Care is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our services. Providing compassionate and efficient service to ensure patient satisfaction. Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our clinics to meet patient needs. Handling patient concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to customer interactions.
