Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing orders from the customer Scheduling of inbound and outbound freight with carriers Checking drivers in and out of facility for inbound and outbound shipments Processing inbound/outbound paperwork to provide to forklift operators Processing paperwork and forwarding information to the customer Verification of charges on weekly and monthly invoices Work with warehouse and transportation personnel to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system Cover hours and duties for other customer service specialists who are out of the office And any other task assigned by the supervisor Must have flexibility to work hours as needed to meet the needs of customers
