$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Job Description Customer Service and Production Admin Do you have that special touch when it comes to customer service? Do you shine when speaking to customers on the phone? If you thrive on customer engagement, this job is for you. Works directly with, the Logistics Coordinator & Director of Revenue Operations to handle all phone calls necessary to schedule jobs with customers and subcontractors. The Customer Service Representative will conduct all customer service calls informing the production team of any action that need to be taken for a customer's complete satisfaction. They will oversee all update calls informing our current clients about their projects. This position will administer completion calls with clients after the project is completed and encourage the client to do online reviews.
What this job looks like:

  • Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Accuracy in data entry while maintaining a fast pace.
  • The ability to write and edit documents, including letters, reports, and instructional documents.
  • Process job packages as they come into the office including scanning contracts, printing pictures, and preparing order sheets.
  • Schedule and prepare service tickets for the production team.
  • Close out job folders when handling completed calls.
  • Manage the scheduling status of each job.
  • Obtain and save final job photos.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Organizational skills. Be available during working hours to answer questions regarding the schedule that has been set.
