Full Time | 8:00 a.m.
4:30 p.
m. M-F | 100% In-Office The Customer Service Representative serves as frontline support for the organization and works in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. This position spends the majority of the workday handling incoming phone calls from health Plan participants and providers regarding benefits, health care insurance claims, eligibility, coverage, and other Plan-related inquiries. Customer Service Representatives are expected to efficiently research and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. This includes reviewing health care insurance claims and documents, applying Plan provisions and internal processing guidelines, accurately documenting each phone interaction, and maintaining participant records. Representatives must be comfortable managing a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems and resources to provide accurate and timely information. In addition to primary customer service responsibilities, the Customer Service Representative will assist with processing medical claims and perform other duties as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred to support our diverse Plan participant base. Essential Functions of the Position High-Volume Customer Service / Phone Support
75% Processing Health Care Claims

10% Position Expectations Success in this position requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism throughout a high volume of participant and provider interactions.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, dependability, good computer/office-based skills, and the ability to learn and apply Plan provisions and internal policies and procedures are essential. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
