Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza in Decatur, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our fast-paced environment.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiriesProcess phone and in-person orders efficiently and accuratelyPrepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standardsHandle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanlinessContribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanorQualificationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersStrong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing ordersAbility to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smileTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with othersAbility to remain calm and composed under pressureFood service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
