What You'll Do Handle customer inquiries via phone, mail, and in-person interactions Manage approximately 30 inbound calls per day Process orders, assignments, and data entry in internal systems Provide information on pricing, services, and delivery details Maintain and update customer records with accuracy Assist with document preparation and paperwork for operational needs Perform administrative tasks such as filing, word processing, and general office support Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day office activities What You Bring Required Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience (retail or office) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Preferred Prior office or administrative experience Exposure to insurance or claims-related environments Key Traits Friendly, outgoing, and approachable Team player with a positive attitude Dependable and willing to help where needed Work Environment & Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Relaxed, business-casual environment ( jeans and gym shoes allowed ) Supportive, team-oriented culture Why Join? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Dundee, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
