We are currently seeking a Bilingual Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume service department by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

As a Bilingual Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, responding to internet inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.

Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and internet leads Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders Utilize scripts, CRM tools, and dealership workflows to ensure consistent customer service standards Promptly and accurately enter all customer information into CRM software Effectively manage inbound and outbound communication to maximize appointment retention and customer satisfaction Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth appointment flow and customer experience Compile reports, forms, and other documentation in a timely manner Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in all customer interactions Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bob Loquercio Auto Group brand

Qualifications:
